Frequently asked questions

Who are the courses for?

Psychologists, psychotherapists, mental health practitioners, interns and supervisors. “First Steps with ACT” is an introduction, designed for people who are new to the approach. It is given in French.

Are the hours recognized by the OPQ?

For “First Steps with ACT”, recognition by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec will be confirmed when registration opens.

How do I get the ACT Matrix Cards?

Order them on our course platform: the 52-card deck costs $75 all in (deck $55, shipping $17, processing fees $3), plus taxes, and is shipped to you. A French edition, Les cartes de la matrice ACT, is available on the French version of the site.

Where do the courses take place?

Online, from your participant area, whenever it suits you. Custom training can be delivered in your workplace.

What if I need to cancel?

Access, cancellation, credit and transfer terms are set out in our cancellation policy.
