What this site collects

The formation.psyetc.com site presents our courses and gives access to our course platform. It is hosted by LearnWorlds, which also handles registration, payment and access to courses. The presentation pages have no forms.

The site sets cookies needed for it to work (sign-in, cart, security). It also uses audience measurement and advertising tools, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, which collect browsing data (pages viewed, device, IP address). Like any web server, LearnWorlds’ servers keep technical logs to keep the site secure and running properly.

When you write to us

If you write to us at formation@psyetc.com or call us, we use your contact details only to reply to you and, if you ask, to let you know when a course opens.

Registration and payment

The information you provide when you create your account, register or pay is handled by LearnWorlds, under the platform’s privacy policy.

Your rights

Under Quebec’s Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector), you may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, or ask any question about how it is handled, by writing to the person in charge of personal information protection at formation@psyetc.com.
